Over the course of four months, each candidate will receive hands-on experience as a server, bartender, greeter, and prep/line chef. Combined with these duties are frequent manager shifts, including work with our training restaurant personnel, Kitchen Manager, and General Manager. Finally, manager trainees will complete a series of advanced projects in strategic areas including operations, systems, human resources, and sales.
Potential Kitchen Managers at Copper Canyon Grill receive in-depth chef training for back of house responsibility. Culinary education is not required for consideration. Copper Canyon Grill also welcome candidates with culinary degrees who prefer to pursue training with a back-of-house emphasis.
Staff positions including servers, bartenders, greeters, and kitchen personnel are hired by the management staff at each location. Interested parties should apply online and a manager will contact you to schedule an interview.
