Each year, you'll receive an email letting you know that your Birthday reward has been added to your account. This reward will be valid for 30 days. To ensure we apply it at the right time, please provide your birth date (month, day, and year) when completing the application.
Anyone 18 years of age or older who loves the Woodfire Club frequent diner program!! However, employees of Blueridge Restaurant Group and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, etc.) are not eligible to participate.
Provide your server with your account number when dining at any Blueridge Restaurant Group restaurant or sign in when placing an order online. You will earn one point for every dollar spent (excluding gratuity, tax, and gift card purchases).
Points automatically convert to rewards when you reach 300 points. When you earn rewards, they automatically load to your account. You will receive a notification email informing you of your reward and point balance. You may also tell your server you would like to redeem your rewards.
Only the registered rewards program member may use the card to redeem points for rewards. However, you can bring someone else along to a Blueridge Restaurant Group location to share the experience. If you have enough points for a reward and you pay the check, you may treat someone using your points.
Points from multiple member accounts may not be combined.
Points do not expire, but Woodfire Club membership accounts with no activity for 12 months will be deactivated, and all points and rewards credits will be forfeited.
Points are not accrued towards the purchase of gift cards.
Points can only be earned after you join the Woodfire Club rewards program.
Yes, as long as you are a Woodfire Club member on the date of your event.
Email your receipt to rewards@brrgrestaurants.com and we will be happy to add the points to your account. Receipts must be received within 30 days after your last visit.
Only the registered club member may use the card to earn points. However, if you pay the bill for others in your party, you earn points on the total amount you spend (excluding tax, gratuity, and gift card purchases). If you choose to split the check, the registered club member will only earn points on his/her portion of the check.
